THI Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd was founded by Paul Tan in the year of 2001. Having to wrestled the challenges from a non-civil engineering background to a contractor providing services to the construction industry and eventually specialises in structural steel and metal works. Since 2001, started from Ang Mo Kio industrial park 2 HDB single flatted factory to current 4 and half storey building owned, with facilities, CNC machines and crane services for larger structural steel and metal works production. Other than better facilities and increase in production space, THI Engineering has also grown in terms of manpower strength. We have grown from a 10 workforce to now close to 100 workforce. With in-house design and technical team, to provide better engineering design and always cater to our clients design requirements.
With Mr. Paul Tan few believe “ALWAYS GET THE JOB COMPLETE ON CLIENT REQUIREMENT & SCHEDULE” no matter how tough or tight the schedule are. “DON’T CHOOSE YOUR PROJECT OR SCOPE OF WORKS” in the field of construction industry, works and coordination are always challenging and evolving. Which equal to everyday problem and schedule solving.
Having calendar year 2019, again this marked another special milestone for THI Engineering. Together with partners, we invested and having a land size of area almost 68 acre ( 5 soccer fields ). With multiple 50ton overhead crane and 2 super sizes production yard to specially cater to Singapore Structural Steel Industry needs.
